Do I need to register as a VAT vendor?
If your annual turnover exceeds R2.3 million, VAT registration is compulsory. Below that threshold it’s voluntary. We can advise on what’s right for your situation.
Do you conduct Audits?
We don’t conduct statutory audits, but we prepare annual financial statements and can refer you to a registered auditor if required.
What is Independent Review?
An independent review is a limited assurance engagement required for certain private companies. It’s less extensive than a full audit but provides credibility to your financials.
